Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-years in a hemp and/or cannabis manufacturing organization.
• Minimum 10-years of operations experience, 5 of which in a leadership role.
• Has built and implemented SOP’s.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations: manufacturing, packaging, supply chain, distribution, and fulfillment.
• Scale production capabilities across pre-rolls, vapes, and infused products.
• Ensure compliance with California hemp/cannabis regulations.
