Job summary

The Pack Labs in California seeks a General Manager to lead and optimize all operational functions across the organization. You will drive efficiency, scalability, and profitability by aligning production, supply chain, inventory, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement with strategic goals.

You will defend margins by analyzing labor, yield, waste, and cost per unit, and own ERP implementation if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in operations, 4 in a leadership role.
• Experience in hemp/cannabis manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong inventory management background and flow of materials to finished goods.
• Hands-on leader on the production floor with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Owns throughput, cost, data, quality, and team performance.
• Leads production, warehouse, supply chain, QA, and continuous improvement.
• Oversees preroll, vape, and infused product operations and scale-up.
• Ensures inventory accuracy and adherence to SOPs.
• Maintains compliance with California hemp/cannabis regulations (METRC, DCC).
• Drives ERP implementation if required and connects ops to sales impact.
