Job summary

Curaleaf Hammonton is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to manage day-to-day kitchen operations for high-volume cannabis-infused products, ensuring recipes are followed and quality standards are met. You’ll provide strong leadership to the kitchen team in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

This role requires hands-on supervision, inventory control, staff training, and coordination with Processing and Packaging to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of food preparation experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Experience supervising 15+ staff.
• Experience cooking with cannabis preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise food preparations, production and controls.
• Lead kitchen team with hands-on tactics and schedules.
• Train and oversee staff producing artisan, infused products.
• Work with Processing and Packaging to prepare products per schedule and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and GMP.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with cleanliness and organization.
