Job summary

Justice Cannabis Co. in New Jersey is seeking a Production Lead to supervise a team of hourly Production Technicians responsible for filling and packaging cannabis products using hand-filling methods and equipment.

The role emphasizes compliance, safety, product integrity, team productivity and cost control throughout startup, run, and shutdown operations. You will manage inventory, batch preparation, weigh, seal and label products, maintain accurate records, and work with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and pass a state background check.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of filling and packaging experience.
• Experience leading a manufacturing team of 12+ employees desirable.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Production Technicians in filling, packaging, labeling and weighing.
• Manage inventory, batch preparation and line productivity.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and CRC/state cannabis regulations.
• Train and develop Lab Packaging team and maintain safety.
• Monitor and improve department metrics (quality, quantity, productivity).
