Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Kitchen Technician for our cultivation site in Simsbury, CT. The role involves preparing, cooking, and packaging premium cannabis-infused edibles in a regulated environment, with a focus on quality and safety. The position is full-time, non-exempt with a Monday–Thursday 6am–4:30pm shift.

You will work under GMP/HACCP standards, document each production step, and ensure a clean, compliant workspace while collaborating with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prep, cook, and package edibles in compliance with strict standards.
• Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are clean, functional, and ready for use.
• Follow department SOPs, recipes, and regulations like GMP, HACCP, and QA.
• Document every step of production to maintain compliance and consistency.
• Follow PPE requirements and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
• Adapt to new systems and processes while supporting your team in achieving production goals.
