Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Cultivation Associate to join our on-site team in Hammonton, NJ. You will learn and support the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest and work with a collaborative team to maintain quality and efficiency.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across cultivation operations, including plant care, environmental monitoring, and inventory management, while adhering to state regulations and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience harvesting in a professional or home setting.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily plant care from clone to harvest.
• Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain growing conditions.
• Inspect plants for leaf health and pest issues.
• Assist with harvest: cutting, trimming, weighing, inventory entry.
• Support curing: hang, dry-rack, label, weigh, and record inventory.
• Operate lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems.
• Help with packaging and premium extraction items.
• Label plants and enter inventory per state regulations.
