Job summary

District Cannabis LLC. is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to manage the kitchen production, including infused edibles, topicals, tinctures, capsules, and packaging, ensuring compliance with ABCA Regulations.

On-site position in Washington, DC area, Monday–Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. You'll supervise and train kitchen staff, coordinate production with labs, maintain logs, and uphold quality and safety standards in a high-volume facility.

Qualifications

• Must have managerial experience and ability to supervise a production team.
• Experience with infused product production and labeling is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Kitchen team in production processes (dosing, cooking, dispensing, packaging).
• Onboard new kitchen staff and schedule weekly shifts.
• Develop and implement new product varieties and maintain labeling compliance.
• Operate and train staff on packaging machinery; troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain equipment servicing, logs, and cleanliness; ensure ABCA regulatory knowledge.
