Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in inventory management.
• Supervisory experience in inventory management, preferably cannabis/regulatory.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with cannabis industry compliance and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all activities related to inventory, including receiving, storing, and distributing products within the cultivation facility.
• Lead and manage a team of inventory clerks, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies related to inventory management, maintaining meticulous records for compliance.
• Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement inventory control measures to prevent discrepancies.
• Monitor product quality and expiry dates, ensuring inventory is maintained in optimal condition and reporting issues.
• Prepare and present reports on inventory levels, stock movements, discrepancies, and other metrics to the Inventory Manager.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement inventory management enhancements.
• Liaise with cultivation, production, and logistics to coordinate inventory movements.
• Provide ongoing training and support to inventory staff, ensuring a high standard of knowledge and performance.
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment for inventory handling, following safety protocols.
