Job summary

Flowery in New York's cannabis retail is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee day-to-day inventory operations, receive shipments, reconcile stock, run cycle counts, and ensure compliance with New York regulations. You will partner with the General Manager and vendors to maintain accurate records and smooth store flow.

The role requires 2+ years in inventory management, cannabis dispensary experience preferred, and proficiency with Dutchie or similar systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory management experience in retail, warehouse, or cannabis.
• Must be 21+ years of age and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with inventory management software; Dutchie experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify all incoming product deliveries.
• Process inventory into Dutchie and other required inventory systems.
• Perform daily cycle counts and monthly inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in accordance with New York State regulations.
• Train team members on proper inventory handling procedures.
• Assist with compliance inspections and internal audits.
