Qualifications

• 3+ years in production/manufacturing, preferably food or beverage
• Experience in fast-paced environments with accuracy under deadlines
• 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory staff and assist with planning and directing work
• Manage SOP adherence and ongoing training
• Oversee inventory control and METRC/logistics compliance
• Fulfill orders, handle manifest docs, and ensure on-time packing
• Maintain organized inventory vaults and support batch testing coordination
