Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
• Experience or study in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality helpful.
• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Must be comfortable with high-volume cash handling and basic math operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow and uphold policies for sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and strains; train team members on product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with Store Manager.
• Assist patients to ensure informed product choices and proper consultation.
• Receive new deliveries and map deliveries in MJ Freeway; report discrepancies.
• Lead onboarding and training of new Patient Care Specialists with Store Manager.
• Follow all Safety & Security procedures for opening and closing.
