Job summary

Wyld is seeking an Inventory Supervisor in New York (Huntington Station) to oversee inventory operations and logistics for cannabis/CBD products. You will ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and efficiency from production to final sale, collaborating with Sales, Research, and Production teams.

The role requires at least 3 years in production or manufacturing with supervisory experience, proficiency in METRC or similar systems, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of directly related experience in production/manufacturing
• Must have supervisory or lead experience (1+ year)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
• Experience with METRC or inventory tracking systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise training for Inventory staff and assist with planning and directing work
• Oversee inventory control to align with SOPs and state regulations
• Manage entry of production inventory into METRC and other systems
• Foster accurate packing, transfers, and outbound QC
• Maintain clean, organized inventory vaults and safety standards
• Coordinate testing, labeling, and documentation for compliance
