Job summary

Wyldcanna is seeking an Inventory Specialist to accurately track, document, and manage finished product inventory in METRC and internal systems. You will coordinate inventory movement across production, packaging, storage, and distribution, ensuring proper labeling and regulatory compliance, while supporting Sales with inventory-related inquiries.

The role requires strong attention to detail, organized communication, and the ability to work across multiple facilities on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in inventory/logistics or related role.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient reading/writing in English.
• Basic math skills and data accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, Slack/Jira; Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track and enter inventory in METRC or state systems and internal tools.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and labeling per standards.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate movement of materials between production, packaging, and storage.
• Assist with order fulfillment and sales support.
• Ensure inventory processes comply with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate inventory status and issues to supervisors and teams.
