Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-paced environment with strong attention to detail, ideally in cannabis, food, or pharma manufacturing.
• Experience using inventory management systems and order processing software.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of logistics provider management, driver management, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrates integrity and fosters a positive, respectful work environment.
• Ability to adapt to and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Distribution Manager & Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize the distribution process for all cannabis products.
• Process and manage cannabis product orders, ensuring accurate fulfillment and invoicing.
• Coordinate timely delivery of orders while minimizing storage costs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels effectively.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth distribution operations.
• Oversee logistics service providers, implement technology solutions, and manage distribution routes and delivery drivers.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve the efficiency of the distribution network.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations governing the cannabis industry.
