Job summary

DCM Inc. in Maryland is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee the cannabis product inventory, including ordering, receiving, storage, and tracking, with focus on accuracy, quality, and compliance.

You will lead a team, safeguard METRC and POS audits, collaborate with sales and operations to forecast needs, optimize storage, and drive efficiency while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• For legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of age.
• We require an Associate's degree as listed or an equivalent.
• At least three years of managerial experience with inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and supervise team members.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels and product information.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder products to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to forecast needs and plan accordingly.
• Conduct METRC and POS audits and verify data for accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
