Job summary

Story Cannabis in Ohio is seeking an Inventory Lead to support the Inventory Manager in daily controls and supervise Inventory Associates, keeping back-of-house and front-of-house stock organized and compliant.

You will monitor inventory levels with Dutchie, Lucid ID, and Metrc, process incoming stock, tag items, conduct counts, train staff, and help optimize procedures for accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years inventory experience.
• Marijuana knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 21+ and have valid ID.
• Background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels using Dutchie, Lucid ID, and Metrc where applicable.
• Oversee processing and storage of incoming inventory.
• Tag, label, and update system records for inventory items.
• Train staff on inventory handling and compliance.
• Supervise Inventory Associates and ensure end-of-shift restock occurs.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant inventory areas.
