Job summary

Trulieve is a vertically integrated cannabis company seeking an Associate Inventory Manager to ensure 100% inventory accuracy and compliant transfers daily. The role supports the General Manager and oversees warehouse transactions, audits, and confidentiality across regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and with diverse personalities.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and discretion.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager for 100% accuracy of store inventory.
• Oversee preparation/processing of product transfers and patient transfers daily.
• Make transfer recommendations for product overages and shortages.
• Maintain inventory in compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Analyze and resolve inventory issues and perform system adjustments.
• Log receipts and documentation for accurate inventory accounts.
