Job summary

Trulieve seeks an Associate Inventory Manager to support the General Manager with precise inventory across the store. You will oversee transfers, maintain compliance with state regulations, and ensure accurate records daily.

You will analyze discrepancies, log receipts, and resolve issues while following company policies. Collaboration with the team is essential for smooth operations and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to understand and follow written/oral instructions.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Must be proficient with basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Must be well organized with good management and leadership skills.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background record check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager for 100% accuracy of store inventory.
• Oversee preparation and processing of product and patient transfers daily.
• Make transfer recommendations for product overages and shortages.
• Maintain inventory in compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Analyze and resolve inventory issues and perform root-cause analysis for adjustments.
• Log receipts and documentation to ensure accurate inventory accounts.
