Job summary

Ascend Wellness Holdings, INC. seeks a Kitchen Production Associate to prepare ingredients and operate equipment for edible and ingestible products in a food-grade setting. You will ensure quality and safety standards are met while supporting daily production with accurate documentation.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, at a Massachusetts facility. Minimum 21+ years old, HS diploma or GED, and 6–12 months in kitchen/food production are required. Food Handlers certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a kitchen, food production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handlers Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Ingredient Preparation – Accurately weigh and measure ingredients.
• Production – Operate kitchen equipment to produce edible and ingestible products.
• Packaging – Package and label finished products per regulatory and brand standards.
• Safety Compliance – Wear PPE and follow safety protocols in a food-grade environment.
• Documentation – Maintain batch records and production logs.
