Justice Cannabis is hiring a Production Technician in Trenton, New Jersey to assist in post-harvest plant processing, including debucking, trimming, curing, weighing, packaging, labeling, and inspection. You will follow SOPs and maintain a clean, compliant work area in a NJ regulated facility.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to obtain NJ cannabis affiliation, strong attention to detail, and the stamina to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work in production rooms performing debucking, trimming, curing, grinding, drying, and packaging.
• Follow SOPs for debucking, trimming, grinding, drying and curing for harvests.
• Precise hand trimming for flower sales.
• Enter data in the seed to sale inventory system.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and sanitize equipment.
