Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a friendly, upbeat Personal Care Specialist to engage customers in our Bethesda dispensary. You will connect each patient with the right GTI product and consumption method, while ensuring education on safety and responsible use.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, stocking and maintaining the sales floor, and supporting management to keep operations compliant with state regulations. Prior cannabis experience not required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for retail facing roles
• Willingness to learn about cannabis products, safety, and consumption methods
• Able to operate POS systems and manage transactions with accuracy
• Strong communication and ability to interact with diverse customers
• Compliance with cannabis laws, safety policies, and store procedures

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a fast-paced retail environment
• Educate customers on cannabis products, usage methods, and safety
• Recommend products and consumption regimens based on needs
• Assist management in daily store operations and compliance
• Verify deliveries, maintain stock, and ensure a clean, compliant floor
• Follow security and privacy policies, including HIPAA-related considerations
• Maintain professional demeanor and integrity at all times
