Green Thumb in Pensacola is seeking a friendly Personal Care Specialist to join our dispensary team. You will engage with patients and customers in a retail setting, educating them on products and methods of consumption while tailoring recommendations to individual needs.

The role emphasizes compliance with cannabis laws, dependable attendance, and teamwork with management to ensure smooth store operations. Prior cannabis experience is not required; a professional, positive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable, responsible attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must be compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment
• Educate patients and/or customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on individual needs and up-to-date product knowledge
• Promote a positive, customer-focused store environment
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
• Support management to ensure smooth, compliant store operations
• Ensure cannabis regulations are enforced
• Keep sales floor stocked and store appearance maintained
• Maintain required hard copy files
• Follow security and safety procedures
• Front of House: Check In, Sales Floor, POS, Curbside, Roll Thru
• Back of House: Fulfillment, Receiving, Replenishment, Inventory Counts
• Maintenance: uphold cleanliness, safety, presentation standards
• Other duties as assigned
