Job summary

Lazy River Products in Massachusetts seeks a Dispensary Team Lead to supervise the dispensary sales floor, coach staff, and ensure compliant, efficient operations. Reports to the General Manager and works to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

The role requires 1+ year of retail leadership and 3+ years in customer service; MA cannabis industry experience is preferred; Dutchie/Seed-to-Sale POS is a plus; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven retail management or supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of retail customer service or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Adult-use Massachusetts cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Dutchie or Seed-to-Sale POS preferred.
• Multilingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift supervision of CSR, Guest Relations Reps, and Floor Sales.
• Train dispensary staff on product education and compliance.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and improve product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of MA cannabis laws and company policies.
• Ensure safety standards and accurate cash handling.
