Greenleaf Apothecaries LLC The Botanist seeks an Assistant Dispensary Manager to oversee day-to-day dispensary operations, lead Dispensary Agents, and ensure compliance with state guidelines. The role requires strong customer service, problem-solving, and administrative skills.

You will manage inventory, assist with audits, and support staff scheduling and training, while maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–2 years of management experience.
• Cash handling and inventory control experience.
• Familiarity with medical marijuana a plus but not required.
• Computer skills for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations and staff performance.
• Manage cash reconciliation, sales reporting, and inventory audits.
• Authorize product returns and assist with recalls and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and patient education.
• Coordinate scheduling, onboarding, and onboarding of staff.
• Monitor inventory and aging stock; manage vendor relations.
