Greenleaf Apothecaries LLC The Botanist in Canton, OH is seeking an Assistant Dispensary Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise Lead Dispensary Agents and staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will manage inventory, assist with audits, handle cash reconciliation, support promotions, ensure state compliance, and coordinate scheduling, onboarding, and staff development in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years management experience.
• Cash handling and inventory control experience.
• Familiarity with medical marijuana preferred but not required.
• Ability to use computer for daily operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct.
• Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills.
• Proactive, flexible, adaptability, and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations and staff.
• Assist with inventory management and reconciliations.
• Authorize product returns and recalls.
• Assist with promotion development.
• Manage daily menu updates based on current inventory.
• Assist with required daily/monthly audits.
• Manage cash reconciliation and sales reporting.
• Ensure compliance with state guidelines for patient interactions/education.
• Oversee vendors and visitors.
• Assist with patient education events.
• Assist with staff coaching and scheduling.
• Assist with onboarding and recruiting.
• Coordinate general building maintenance.
