Job summary

Greenleaf Apothecaries LLC The Botanist in Canton, OH is seeking an Assistant Dispensary Manager to oversee daily dispensary operations, supervise lead agents and staff, and ensure compliance with state guidelines. You will manage inventory, cash handling, and customer service while coordinating with the Dispensary Manager.

Qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent, 1-2 years of management experience, and strong communication skills. Must be 21+ and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1-2 years management experience.
• Cash management and inventory control skills.
• Familiarity with medical marijuana preferred but not required.
• Computer skills necessary for day-to-day operations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct.
• Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day inventory tasks including order fulfillment, aging inventory, destruction oversight, reconciliations, and discrepancies.
• Authorize product returns and assist with recalls.
• Assist with promotion development and daily/menu management based on current inventory.
• Support with audits and daily sales operations (cash reconciliation, reporting, audits).
• Ensure compliance with state guidelines on patient interactions/education.
• Oversee vendors and visitors; assist with education events and patient concerns.
