Job summary

Green Thumb Industries seeks a Shift Supervisor to blend frontline Patient Care Specialist duties with leadership responsibilities. You will guide staff, model excellent service, and ensure smooth dispensary operations in accordance with regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising Patient Care Specialists, managing inventory, training new hires, handling POS tasks, and maintaining compliance while partnering with the Dispensary Manager and Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Cannabis experience required.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in retail with POS operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Open to constructive feedback and professional growth.
• Strong math and numerical skills.
• Proficient with standard office software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service to patients and customers.
• Uphold policies for sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and educate the team.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with GM/Store Manager.
• Assist Patient Care Specialists in product consultations and dosage guidance.
• Complete and delegate tasks including cash handling, paperwork, and POS use.
• Ensure compliance with safety, vault, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead onboarding and training of new Patient Care Specialists.
