Qualifications

• Experience working in a dispensary.

• 21+ years of age and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations to ensure smooth service.
• Open/close the dispensary and act as key holder.
• Follow directions from DM/GM to execute store ops.
• Track KPIs by entering data provided by managers.
• Maintain vendor relations and place supply orders.
• Help manage inventory, recalls, and pricing targets.
• Support staff morale and productivity.
• Coordinate pop-up events and local marketing.
• Process transactions and master PSP responsibilities.
• Prepare daily deposits for weekly cash pickup.
• Audit product deliveries and orders.
• Ensure quality customer service and handle inquiries.
• Assist patients with product selection and eligibility checks.
• Take on additional duties with a positive attitude.
