Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or cannabis-related field preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old (state law).
• Able to pass a background check as required by state law.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and register transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete compliant customer/patient transactions.
• Assist or escalate disgruntled customers to Manager on Duty.
• Keep sales floor clean and tidy; take out trash.
• Ensure cash register balances begin and end at $200 and perform accurate cash drops.
• Build online orders when there is downtime; research current products.
• Assist in Greeter duties when needed; access patient records with confidentiality.
