C3 Industries' High Profile Cannabis Shop in Luna Pier, MI is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver world-class customer service, guide customers through product selection, and boost store performance with personalized recommendations.

You will greet customers, verify IDs, process transactions on the POS, maintain the floor and stock, and stay informed about regulations. This full-time role requires at least 1 year of service experience and availability nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
• Commitment to reaching KPIs on a regular basis.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of state/local regulations is preferred.
• Must pass a background check and be 21+ years old.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must obtain/maintain required state licenses based on location.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service and make the experience a top priority.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion rates as defined by store leadership.
• Greet customers and verify IDs at entry.
• Assist with questions on forms and update customer information in the system.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor during downtime.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and selection for desired effects.
• Fill online orders quickly and accurately.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain product, brand and strain knowledge; stay updated on trends.
• Use and maintain the POS system accurately.
• Follow cash handling policies and ensure daily cash accuracy.
• Assist with product intake, counts and audits.
• Collaborate with management to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Ensure adherence to dispensary policies and local regulations.
