Ayr Wellness’ Sales Supervisor oversees the dispensary’s sales floor in partnership with the Assistant Manager and Lead Budtenders, ensuring smooth opening/closing, cash control, and excellent patient service. Focused on customer care, staff engagement, and driving profitability through strong coaching and operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes compliance with health regulations, training, and maintaining a positive store environment to deliver a superior patient experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service.
• Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency.
• Able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining all aspects of dispensary operations in strict compliance with Department of Health, municipal and state legal regulations.
• Opening/Closing Procedures (including cash accounting procedures and end-of-day reporting).
• Cash handling procedures including register checks to ensure no variances between cash and POS.
• Ensure dispensary operations are prepared for service and patients.
• Overseeing the sales floor to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Identify and address employee issues on a timely basis and inform the Dispensary Store Manager.
