Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Dispensary Associate for a full-time role in our retail division. The position involves guiding customers through their cannabis purchases, educating them on products and potential effects, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

You will process orders, maintain a clean work area, and work with leadership to enhance the customer experience. The role requires a high-school diploma or equivalent, 21+ (18+ in some states), and cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required, with relevant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18+ in CT, PA, WV).
• Prior cash handling experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and with diverse customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate patients on cannabis products and effects.
• Process patient orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Follow Trulieve policies and procedures and assist leadership as needed.
