Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Assist customers with product questions and purchases within state regulations.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation during shifts.
• Process patient orders promptly and accurately.
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve the customer experience.
• Handle returns per policy and assist with delivery/online orders as needed.
