Trulieve is seeking a Dispensary Associate-Full-time in Florida to guide customers through their cannabis purchases, educate on products, and ensure a compliant, high-quality experience. Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent; experience in field or similar.
• 21+ years of age (18+ in CT, PA, WV)
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with varied personalities.
• Excellent people skills and clear communication (verbal and written).
• Work well without supervision and in a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills; maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Follow written/oral instructions and safety procedures.
• Interact respectfully with customers and team members; speak conversational English.
• Mental and physical capacity to perform duties.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery role.
• Pass comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Show empathy and compassion to patients.
• Educate customers on cannabis benefits and products; up-to-date product knowledge.
• Assist with returns per company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely manner.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
• Collaborate with on-duty leader to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with product or device issues.
• Work with management to resolve customer issues.
• Document customer issues on the customer profile.
• Maintain a clean, stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management.
