Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Dispensary Associate to guide customers through the cannabis purchase journey, educate on products and effects, and ensure compliance with State regulations. You’ll deliver exceptional service and maintain an organized, welcoming dispensary environment.

The role focuses on accurate order processing, teamwork with the retail team, and upholding Trulieve policies while delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Prior experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Provide empathy and compassion to patients.
• Provide the TruExperience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
• Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns according to company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
• Work with leadership on duty to enhance the customer experience.
