Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Dispensary Associate to guide customers through the cannabis purchasing journey, educating on products and effects while delivering outstanding service. You will facilitate purchases in compliance with state regulations and maintain a welcoming, organized store environment.

The role emphasizes customer care, product knowledge, and collaboration with management to resolve issues. Flexible shifts and a pay rate of $14.00 per hour, with tips eligible, are available.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent people skills and effective communication.
• Ability to work without supervision in a team setting.
• Great interpersonal, confidential handling and discretion.
• Able to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Provide empathy and compassion to patients.
• Deliver elevated service and product knowledge.
• Assist Managers with returns per policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders promptly.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
• Work with leader on duty to enhance the customer experience.
• Resolve product or device issues for customers.
• Document customer issues on profiles.
• Maintain a clean, stocked workstation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
