Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a friendly Personal Care Specialist to guide customers in our cannabis dispensary, offering product knowledge and safe usage guidance in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

You will engage one-on-one with patients and customers, assist with product selection, ensure compliance with state regulations, and support store operations to maintain a clean, welcoming space for every visitor.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be compliant with all legal regulations for working in cannabis.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe regimens and stay updated on product knowledge.
• Promote a positive, patient/customer-focused store environment.
• Verify orders and assist management to ensure smooth store operations.
• Maintain compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and store policies.
• Ensure sales floor is stocked and store appearance is maintained.
