Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a friendly Personal Care Specialist to assist customers in our Paterson, NJ dispensary. You will educate patients about products, methods of consumption, and safety, and help tailor a regimen to individual needs. Prior customer service and familiarity with POS systems are preferred.

In this role you will ensure accurate deliveries, support store operations, and uphold local cannabis regulations while maintaining a welcoming, compliant environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work a schedule including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older and pass background checks; comply with cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend regimens and stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
• Promote a positive, customer-oriented store environment.
