Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage with patients and customers in a dispensary setting. You will educate customers on cannabis products, usage methods, and safety, and help tailor regimens to individual needs while maintaining store standards and compliance.

The role requires at least one year of customer service experience, ability to work flexible shifts, and the ability to pass background checks for cannabis employment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must comply with all legal or company cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail dispensary environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on customer needs and product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, patient-focused store atmosphere and assist management with operations.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and ensure store compliance with regulations.
• Keep shelves stocked and maintain store presentation and cleanliness.
• Follow security and safety procedures during all duties.
• Perform front-of-house and back-of-house tasks and other duties as assigned.
