Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients in a retail cannabis environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on individual needs.
• Maintain store presentation, stock, and cleanliness.
• Verify orders and support daily store operations.
• Ensure compliance with local and state cannabis regulations.
