Qualificações

• 2+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or service industry.
• Authorized to work in the US and at least 21 years of age.
• Experience working in the cannabis industry desired.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
• Proficient in office management systems and MS Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all daily operations, ensuring the dispensary runs efficiently and in compliance with state and local regulations.
• Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and ensure staff engage with customers professionally.
• Hire, train, and develop budtenders and store personnel with coaching and evaluations.
• Drive sales performance by developing strategies to meet revenue targets and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal cannabis regulations and maintain documentation.
• Oversee store displays and maintain a secure, clean, and organized environment.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and safety protocols including surveillance.
