EMBARC is seeking a Sales and Operations Manager for a full-time position at our cannabis dispensary. Qualifications

• Proven leadership in retail, with focus on customer experience and sales goals.
• Experience managing store operations, inventory, and staff performance.
• Knowledge of state cannabis regulations and retail compliance.
• Familiarity with TreezPOS and METRC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, merchandising, and store compliance.
• Train, mentor, and coach staff; communicate between management and employees.
• Manage inventory processes: intake, counts, pricing, transfers, recalls, and audits.
