Job summary

The Cannabist Company is seeking a Store Manager for its Colorado dispensary. You will lead patient-facing operations, oversee inventory and records, and ensure regulatory compliance under guidance from the Vice President, Regional Operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring POS transactions, maintaining logs, developing privacy procedures, and driving HR processes such as recruitment, training, and performance reviews to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a dispensary or retail operation.
• Ability to monitor POS transactions and maintain accurate logs.
• Develop and enforce privacy and compliance policies (HIPAA).
• Lead HR processes including recruitment, training and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership in the Dispensary operations.
• Oversee patient identification, registration and inventory control processes.
• Maintain accurate records and resolve inventory discrepancies and conflicts.
• Develop and implement security and privacy policies and HIPAA compliance.
• Direct managers to achieve plan goals while following safety procedures.
• Ensure operating plans comply with state regulations and quality controls.
• Implement HR policies, recruit and retain staff, and manage performance reviews.
• Develop compensation and benefits programs and manage leave administration.
• Foster a productive, employee-focused culture and manage organizational change.
