C3 Industries is seeking a Dispensary Keyholder to oversee daily store operations and drive sales by guiding customers to cannabis products that fit their needs and preferences.

The role requires strong customer service, POS experience, and the ability to open/close the store, handle cash, and maintain compliance with state regulations. This is a full-time position with benefits in a growing cannabis company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience opening/closing a retail store.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and verify IDs.
• Achieve sales targets and conversion goals.
• Assist with questions on state forms; update POS data.
• Keep waiting area and sales floor stocked.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and effects.
• Process online orders efficiently while ensuring compliance.
• Model sales and customer service; handle complaints with management.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on regulations.
• Operate POS and manage cash daily per policy.
• Open/close store; assist with inventory and intake.
• Participate in meetings and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, schedules, security.
• Support training of new staff; assist with tips pooling.
