Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a General Manager for RISE Dispensary to lead, manage, and inspire a diverse team. You will own customer journey across in-store and omni-channel experiences, ensure inventory integrity, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

You will coach leaders, develop talent, and drive a high-performance culture. You will partner with community initiatives, manage scheduling to meet business needs, and maintain excellent customer experiences while achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting with POS operations.
Cannabis experience preferred.
Inventory control experience required.
Flexible schedule including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
Must have reliable attendance.
Must be 21 years or older.
Background checks required.
Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
Must be and remain compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry.
Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb.

Responsibilities

Deliver direction and oversight of all dispensary operations with compliance in security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
Drive revenue and profit through programs, initiatives, and promotions.
Oversee quality product inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
Maintain cash handling protocols and daily reconciliation.
Manage order and expense processes aligned with store budgets.
Conduct monthly audits and scorecard reviews to identify inefficiencies.
