Job summary

AYR Wellness, Inc. is seeking an Intake team member to be the first contact for our dispensaries in Las Vegas. You will greet patients and customers in person and over the phone with a warm, positive attitude, while ensuring a clean front desk and lobby.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, an outgoing demeanor, and a willingness to learn about cannabis products. This role supports store operations and requires flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must meet policy, age, and background check requirements.
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Previous customer service in hospitality, pharmacy, or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers warmly at front desk.
• Validate IDs and input data into POS system.
• Answer phones and emails; check-in patients; update files.
• Explain services to new patients.
• Learn about cannabis products offered.
• Manage visitor access with Store Manager for vendors.
• Coordinate with departments on security needs.
• Maintain clean, safe lobby and restrooms.
