Job summary

GTI is seeking a friendly Personal Care Specialist for our Las Vegas dispensary to greet and assist patients and customers from entry to checkout. You will educate on products and methods of consumption, tailor recommendations, and maintain a compliant, welcoming store environment.

You’ll work in a fast-paced retail setting, handling check-in, POS, inventory, and curbside or in-store pickups while staying current on cannabis regulations. No prior cannabis experience required, teamwork encouraged.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for specialty retail experience
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
• Reliable attendance and compliance with cannabis employment requirements
• Must be 21 years or older and have valid ID or driver’s license
• Must pass background checks and adhere to cannabis regulations
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail environment and assist in product selection
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe regimens and stay updated on product knowledge
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented work environment
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and support store operations
• Ensure compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and stocking
• Follow security and safety procedures
• Handle front of house and back of house duties including POS and inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the dispensary
