Job summary

You will motivate staff, manage inventory, and support training initiatives while maintaining a high-volume retail environment with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Cannabis industry experience.
• Experience supervising retail staff.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Comfort with learning POS and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Follow and uphold policies for sales and customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of products and train others.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels; coordinate with management.
• Assist customers in choosing products based on knowledge of methods of consumption.
• Delegate tasks during shifts; manage POS data entry.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy.
• Ensure store security and safety compliance.
• Keep the store organized and clean; manage visitor log.
• Handle end-of-day updates and vault accuracy.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff.
