Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking a Dispensary Technician to deliver an exceptional patient experience and maintain a compliant, efficient dispensary environment. You will explain product benefits, handle intake and ensure records privacy while supporting a busy retail flow.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail or customer service, basic math and cash handling skills, and familiarity with POS/inventory systems. Cannabis experience is a plus as you help maintain a welcoming clinic-like atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years’ experience in retail or customer service.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Must pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and a personalized experience to patients by explaining benefits of Premium Cannabis products.
• Ensure patient questions are resolved quickly; escalate to management as needed.
• Oversee patient intake, maintain records and confidentiality.
• Process and fulfill orders using POS and inventory tracking systems in compliance.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized dispensary; support a positive work environment.
