Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and personalized experiences to customers by explaining product benefits.
• Resolve customer questions quickly and coordinate with management for unresolved issues.
• Accurately receive, fulfill, and track orders using POS and inventory systems.
• Maintain store cleanliness, keep shelves stocked, and ensure a customer-first environment.
• Support management to adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.
